Besides my board roles, I currently help Sanoma Media Finland in its transformation by leading a portfolio of SMF change projects. I previously acted there as a Chief Transformation Officer leading previous SMF wide transformation program covering all business areas and functions as well as was in charge of Strategy, HR & Comms and Data.

Earlier I made a successful career of 27 years at Accenture of which 17 years as a Partner in many business leadership roles with P&L responsibility. I have been growing business to over 100 M€ in revenue and executing global transformation programs. All through my consulting career I worked in revenue creating roles leading Accenture client work in multiple industries.

I am analytical but also have a great amount of emotional intelligence and sensitiveness to individuals’ needs. I am motivated by coming up with new ideas for growth and setting up the direction but also very skillful in empowering people, in getting plans implemented and results achieved. I am a cooperative team player with a lot of positive energy and strong can do –attitude.
