Digital solutions must help strengthen sports associations. With a future generation as a digital native, it is expected that everyday chores can be solved on digital platforms and systems. Digitization can help with operations, development and a more flexible approach to the sports activities that the Danes demand.

Polarization and inactivity

At DGI, together with the local sports associations, we develop concepts and activities to meet the needs and opportunities of the Danes. However, we can see that sports participation in Denmark remains polarized. We are therefore looking for completely new solutions that can motivate and speak to the inactive to a greater extent.

Rethinking physical activity

Do you have the idea that can get more Danes moving? We are looking for innovative startups with new approaches and technologies that can change the way we are physically active.

Each year, DGI Impact selects up to 8 best ideas to access our entrepreneurial package. The DGI Entrepreneurship Package is a six-month course that includes financial support and professional advice.

In short, it's a unique opportunity to get beyond the ramp of your idea - and make it your way of life. The DGI Entrepreneurship Package consists of:

- 100,000 - 500,000 kroner incl. VAT, which is the earmarked development of your idea. The exact amount is determined after your presentation to Selection day.

- Cards for 50 hours of sparring from DGI experts to help you develop your idea. - Access to DGI's data and knowledge .

- Exposure and profiling via DGI's own media and channels. - A bespoke masterclass at Talent Garden Innovation School.

- Access to the DGI Entrepreneurship Package, including the disbursement of funds, will only be made by agreement on terms; such as licenses, products, marketing and the like.

The DGI Entrepreneurship Package is a flexible funding instrument that is intended to ensure the development of the idea as well as the benefit of the sports associations from the project.
