How much do they invest?

They help with all the different steps and come in depending on how far you have reached. These are the typical steps.

1. Preparation. Typically it starts with a technology that becomes a product and then a business idea. CoFounder does research, analysis, develops business plans, talk with pilot costumes & partners and evaluates the company’s IPR.

2. Start. CoFounder sees themselves as part of the team and together you make a 1-2 year plan where all the activities are targeted towards value created milestones. They take responsibility for negotiations to land deals with customers, partners, key people and investors. They are experienced with the usage of public grants and applying for these.

3. Early growth. CoFounder is a part of the leader group and can take on roles CEO, CFO or senior business developer. They help your company achieve a significant growth, preferably through an industrial exit. They are responsible for that your company delivers according to the set milestones, with the budget and timeframes and making value for the shareholders.
