Among the non-profit purposes, the Foundation has traditionally supported a very wide range of Danish culture. It has among other things including churches, museums, art galleries, historic facilities, parks and gardens, wind and water mills, harbors and special, conservation-worthy buildings - but also new construction, science, leisure and sports, music, books, theater and ballet.

- The AP Møllerske Støttefond (Støttefonden)

Three program areas:

1) More vulnerable citizens in work or education

2) Breaches with the negative social heritage

3) Social construction with measurable effect.

- The Fund for the Advancement of Medicine

Funding can be given to scientifically working clinics, laboratories and institutions to carry out projects, including operating expenses (test materials), laboratory remuneration, the procurement of small appliances and the payment of non-scientific labor. Support for research year projects is usually limited. It is a prerequisite for any grant that the applicant is fully funded during the period.

The application is sent by letter to the Fund's address in signed and dated condition. It is not possible to apply via email and there is no application form or deadlines. All applications are answered, but the response time varies. of the nature of the project or the amount of applications received. In some cases, the Fund requests further information. The Fund does not send separate confirmation of application received.
