Before Brinch & Partners, Jens Christian had several years of experience as senior consultant at another large Scandinavian Search and Selection company. He has worked with clients from a range of different lines of business and has experience with both large and small international companies. Before his present job he did service as an officer in The Danish Royal Guard with responsibility for selection, training, planning and leadership of units both in Denmark and internationally.
Kasper Thomsen has worked with digital marketing, mobile apps / software products and within the tech startup ecosystem since 2005. Latest he built the app design and development agency, ideal Development ApS, which grew from three founders to twenty skilled employees from 2011-2017 (building +180 mobile apps in the period). The company received the Gazelle award for fast growth. He made a management buyout in late 2017. Today ideal Development ApS is owned by the digital agency, Heyday.
