Expectation

- The candidate should ideally have at least two years' experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Redux, SPA and developing progressive web applications.

- Experience in some of the following technologies would be an advantage: PHP, JSON, REST, MySQL.

- Collaborate with application design and backend teams to ensure deadlines are met

- Appreciate design, usability and user experience

Role & Responsibilities

As a front-end Engineer, you will be required to:

- Develop a dynamic web application with advanced analytic capabilities through the integration with design and backend development teams

- Design & develop front end application that satisfied end-user use cases

- Ensure quality of the application to ensure that a highly optimised user experience is delivered

- Deliver to the product roadmap and provide input to new features

- Keep the project manager and product manager informed on all issues and developments

- Ensure that any front-end support issues are dealt with as a matter of urgency and the commercial team are informed

Desirable Experience

- Proven experience working with MySQL databases

- Experience working with Linux operating systems

- Experience of working with distributed systems and architectures
