Are you the kind of person who loves bringing structure to complex operations and gets excited about building something from the ground up? Perfect – because we’re Nordic Boba, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented specialist to support our growing B2B operations.


What’s This Role About?

You’ll be our logistics and operations support specialist, managing critical backend processes while supporting various strategic initiatives. We work with selected key accounts, keeping our operations structured and efficient.


Your Key Responsibilities: Logistics Management (60%)

  • Coordinate transportation between warehouses, factory, and customers

  • Manage and optimize supplier logistics

  • Make and process order confirmations and invoices

  • Maintain precise operational documentation

  • Ensure smooth supply chain workflows


Operational Support (40%)

  • Assist in coordinating marketing materials and events

  • Support product development processes

  • Help identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Adapt to emerging operational challenges

You’ll Fit Right In If You Have:

  • Proven experience in logistics or operations management

  • Professional English and Danish skills

  • Exceptional organizational capabilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • A startup-oriented mindset with adaptability


What We Offer:

  • 28.000 – 32.000 DKK monthly + 12% pension (8% pension contribution from us)

  • 37 hours/week with 4 days in-office (8210 Aarhus)

  • Flexible work environment
