As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a vital part of our team at Oda, ensuring that our machinery and equipment remain at peak performance. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations across our value chain as we expand into new and exciting markets. You’ll be responsible for maintaining operational reliability, performing both corrective and preventive maintenance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll do as a Maintenance Technician with us 🛠️

In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals to tackle operational challenges and enhance our processes. Your days will involve maintaining and developing equipment reliability by proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues. You’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns and keep machinery optimized for performance.

Moreover, you’ll actively engage in continuous improvement projects that boost safety, efficiency, and quality across our fulfillment center. Accurate documentation of maintenance activities and timely reporting will be part of your routine, ensuring full accountability and transparency. Additionally, you’ll be on-call at intervals, ready to respond swiftly to urgent issues, conduct incident analyses, and implement preventive measures.

You enjoy industrial work, using your technical skills and proactive attitude to solve problems. With experience in technical maintenance and a background in electrical, automation, or industrial mechanics, you’re driven to find solutions and improve processes. We value your reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to high standards.

You don’t have to speak Norwegian, but we do expect you to be fluent in English and want to live in Lier/or a nearby area. If you need help relocating, we'll gladly discuss that with you.

The following will probably be helpful 💡

• Previous hands-on experience in technical roles within an industrial or fulfilment centre setting.
• A relevant education in electrical, mechanical, or automation disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt and respond effectively during on-call situations.
