Nofence is a Norwegian scale up who has built the world’s first virtual fencing solution for livestock. Our company is currently expanding internationally and our team in Shropshire, UK is now hiring a new Internal Sales Associate.
The right candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and hardworking, preferably with experience from Agriculture or AgTech. In Nofence everyone is valued and made to feel important. Your mission will be to follow up on potential and current customers. Currently we do not engage in outreach sales or cold calling. All outbound calls are made through enquires and follow up calls. We thrive to create good customer relations, or as we say in Norwegian a “kjøle god” customer experience. This requires that we understand the customers needs and can guide them through how to best utilize our product. We will offer full training in our product, but previous experience of working with farmers would be a great advantage.

Managing livestock has always been a challenge. Humanity has tried everything from herding with dogs to walling the animals in with barbed wire, electric, and wooden fences, but these are costly and time-consuming solutions and often in conflict with the local wildlife. It has also left vast areas of potential pasture overgrown and underutilized.

The UK team is currently a small but efficient team of 3 people. We believe in cooperation, adaptiveness, and a fun and relaxed working environment. Our office is currently placed at Upton Barns, Upton Lane, Shifnal, Shropshire TF11 9HF, where we all work together from the office.
