This is one of the initial core resources for the business development department of StarCruiter Nordics & UK AS (Ltd.) reporting to the owners and chair. We are looking for a strong, junior personality with a hands-on approach and a basic level of experience from the staffing and recruitment business here in Norway. You must further prove an effective market initiative for our scaling to Sweden, Finland and Denmark during 2025. You have to be highly self-motivating with a natural instinct to B2B and networking, as you are totally focused on building your customer base and talent pool, by generating new business revenues after only 3 months. Apart from understanding the intricacies of HRM, you should ideally also have juicy sales and marketing results to back your application.
✪ Minimum of 12 months of consecutive and highly successful results from the staffing & recruitment industry.
✪ Preferably you have a degree in HRM, sales, and/or marketing.
✪ Highly trustworthy personality, with an immense sense of integrity and responsibility.
✪ A true people person who thrives in coaching colleagues and clients alike.
✪ Showing initiative and finding opportunities where others perceive threats.
✪ Professional fluency in Norwegian and English.
✪ Microsoft 365 + CRM tools.
