Our software development team is responsible for creating and maintaining the core platform services, enabling specialized teams to focus on developing high-value business modules for our clients. 🌟

As a BI Developer at Relesys, you will play a key role in advancing our BI setup, hosted entirely on Azure, to support insights delivery for clients as well as internal teams across Product Management, Marketing, and Client Success. You'll develop, optimize, and maintain our BI solutions, focusing on data models, reports, and dashboards. Using tools such as Azure SQL, Azure Analysis Services, and Power BI, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights. 🤩 
 

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure, including data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document requirements for both client-facing and internal BI deliverables.
• Create and manage ETL processes to support data integration, transformation, and retrieval, ensuring efficient data handling.
• Develop, test, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards to support Relesys' internal reporting needs and client insights.
• Optimize data queries in Azure SQL and Azure Analysis Services for efficient data processing and rapid delivery of insights.
• Monitor data quality and performance, troubleshooting and tuning BI queries and systems as needed.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring data accessibility and usability for diverse teams.
  
  

Who are you?:  

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience in Business Intelligence, with hands-on experience in data modeling and report/dashboard creation.
• Strong experience with Microsoft BI tools, specifically Azure SQL, Azure Analysis Services, and PowerBI.
• Proficiency in SQL and DAX for data extraction, analysis, and efficient query development.
• Familiarity with ETL best practices and experience designing robust ETL pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.

 
Furthermore, it would be great, but not required, if you:

• Have experience with Highcharts.js or similar data visualization libraries for web-based frontend solutions.
• Have skills in data analysis, enabling you to support internal stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Familiarity with ML/AI and experience with their application in BI contexts.
• Basic knowledge of .NET / C# for an understanding of integration points on the Relesys platform.
• Background working within a SaaS environment, preferably in Microsoft Azure.
