About the Role: Workspace Commercial Advisor
We are seeking a Workspace Commercial Advisor who thrives on client interaction and has a strong sales focus. This role is ideal for someone with a background in architecture or interior design who also excels in relationship building, sales and creative problem-solving.

This role is centered on client engagement, combining creativity with a strong focus on sales as well as building and maintaining relationships. You’ll work closely with our clients to bring their workspace solutions to life, guiding projects from conceptual design to final proposal.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Advisory & Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their workspace needs and translating those into impactful solutions in partnership with our spatial design team.
  • Guiding Projects from Concept to Completion: Lead clients from initial concept discussions to final proposals, ensuring a seamless experience that aligns with their vision and goals.
  • Collaboration with Design & Customer Success Teams: Partner with our internal teams to offer design guidance and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • On-Site Consultations: Conduct visits to client sites, providing expert consultation and ensuring workspace designs meet their needs.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Manage communication and alignment with clients, architects, and partners throughout each project.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.


Your Profile:

We believe the ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Client Engagement Experience: Strong skills in client advisory and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in English and German: Fluency in both languages, with excellent communication and networking abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work methodically.
  • Ownership and Integrity: High moral standards and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Positive, Can-Do Attitude: Persistent and optimistic, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and platforms to enhance the advisory process.

The position is hybrid-remote, with a primary emphasis on working from the office.
