What you'll do 📋

As our Head of Global Partnerships, your job will be to:

  • Lead and develop Partnerships at Kindly, driving the strategic direction and growth of this crucial area

  • Play a key role in shaping the future of Kindly through partnerships, reporting directly to the CSO

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture key partners to drive revenue and value for Kindly

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations, to ensure partner success

  • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring a win-win for both Kindly and our partners

  • Drive joint business development initiatives with partners and explore co-marketing opportunities

  • Monitor partnership performance and continuously optimize our approach

  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitors to ensure Kindly remains a leader in the field


We believe this is you 🏌️

  • You have built or led Partnerships in a SaaS company before

  • You have 5+ years of experience in SaaS Sales and/or partnerships, with a background in the Customer Contact space or related sectors

  • You excel at building and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships with key partners

  • You have a strategic mindset, always looking for ways to create value for both Kindly and its partners

  • You’re a proactive leader, comfortable managing cross-functional teams and initiatives

  • You communicate effectively in English

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can balance the big picture with the details that drive success

  • You’re driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently while fostering team spirit

  • You enjoy working at the office and to contribute to a positive office environment
