We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer eager to push boundaries, craft thoughtful user experiences, and contribute to a culture that values creativity and precision. In this role you will…

  • Design with purpose: Lead the design of features and flows that make our product functional and enjoyable for users, solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions.
    Collaborate across teams:
    Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring ideas from concept to launch, always keeping the user experience in mind.
  • Contribute to and refine our design system: Ensuring consistency and a high-quality experience across the product.
  • Champion the user: Advocate for our users, ensuring their needs and feedback are reflected in every design decision and championing usability and accessibility.

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…

  • Creating high-quality designs: From concept sketches to detailed interaction designs and prototypes, you'll produce designs that set a high bar for quality and craftsmanship.
  • Co-creating with customers: Engage directly with our users, running user interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to co-design solutions that truly meet their needs and improve their experience with our product.
  • Working closely with developers: Partner with engineers to implement your designs, ensuring fidelity from prototype to product and addressing any challenges along the way.
  • Iterating based on feedback: Actively seek feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members and incorporate it to improve designs and refine details.
  • Participating in design critiques: Share your work with the team, give constructive feedback to others, and collaborate to solve design challenges as a team.

This position is for you if you have

  • 5+ years of experience in product design: Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, thoughtful interaction, and a clear design process.
  • A deep understanding of UX principles: Skilled in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design, with an eye for detail that makes your work shine.
  • Experience with design systems: Comfortable working within and contributing to a design system, understanding the importance of consistency and scalability.
  • An iterative mindset: You thrive on feedback and see it as an opportunity to grow your designs and skill set.
  • A collaborative spirit: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and knowing how to communicate your ideas effectively and constructively.
  • User-first perspective: You have a genuine empathy for users and care deeply about building products that are accessible, easy to use, and delightful.
