About the role

As Sales Director, you will be an essential part of our Norwegian team, contributing to the growth and success of the business. Collaborating with a talented team, you’ll drive the creation of innovative display ads that enhance engagement and visibility for our clients.

In this role, you'll manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and exceptional service. You'll become an expert in SeenThis technology, strategically applying it to address client challenges and seize new opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Owning the full sales process—from business development and lead generation to managing client meetings, sending proposals, and closing contracts.

  • Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers, understanding their strategic goals, and developing plans to help achieve them using our solutions.

  • Managing a portfolio of existing and new clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution while driving growth and adoption of SeenThis technology.

  • Advising clients on future trends and recommending appropriate solutions to meet their evolving needs.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Requirements
  • Experience in media sales, digital media, AdTech, marketing, or advertising

  • Proven track record of managing day-to-day client activity

  • Existing relationships within a media agency

  • Detailed understanding of the digital media ecosystem

  • Professional proficiency in Norwegian and English

  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events

Meriting
  • Client-facing experience with a tech vendor or publisher

  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising

  • Experience in a Nordic role
