We are seeking a customer oriented Workspace Sales Manager. This is a sales-focused role that involves substantial client interaction, perfect for someone with a background in architecture or interior design who also thrives in sales and relationship building.

This role is centered on client engagement, combining creativity with a strong focus on sales as well as building and maintaining relationships. You’ll work closely with our clients to bring their workspace solutions to life, guiding projects from conceptual design to final proposal.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading the sales of the NORNORM concept solution by engaging with clients, understanding their workspace needs, and driving deals from initial concept to final closure.
  • Guiding clients through discussions to clarify their vision and collaborating with our spatial design team to translate this vision into practical workspace solutions.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies within the B2B market, with a strong focus on converting inbound leads into successful deals.
  • Managing stakeholders, including clients, interior architects, and partners, to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the sales journey.
  • Partnering with our Customer Success and Design teams to provide design guidance and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conducting on-site visits to provide expert consultation, enhance client relationships, and move sales opportunities forward.
  • Focusing on closing deals and building long-term relationships with existing clients, with limited focus on generating new leads.

This role is primarily centered on driving sales, with a key emphasis on client interaction and deal closure, while ensuring workspace solutions meet client needs effectively.

You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing to meet client and team needs and Identify opportunities to enhance our processes and contribute to continuous improvement in our workflow.

The position is hybrid-remote, with a primary emphasis on working from the office or visiting clients.

You bring the following qualifications:

This role is focused on sales, requiring strong client engagement and relationship management skills and we believe the ideal candidate will bring the following:

  • Educational background in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales or extensive client interaction.
  • Proficiency in English and German (verbal and written).
  • Sales and service-oriented mindset, comfortable leading client discussions and driving deals.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • High moral standards and a strong sense of ownership.
  • A can-do attitude, persistence, and a positive outlook.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
