The Customer Care Team at Cortrium is looking for a German-speaking Customer Care Representative to enhance the customer experience. You will be part of a fast-growing team of dedicated and passionate individuals driven by the goal of making early diagnosis of heart arrhythmias accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to achieve this efficiently and conveniently with a patient-friendly device.

As a Customer Care Representative reporting to the Head of Customer Care, you are providing first-line support in close collaboration with our Sales, R&D, and Quality Control team to provide excellent real-time support to our German and international customers.
Provide outstanding service to our customers via prompt and value-adding interactions mainly over the phone and via email
Take ownership of the support cases in our CRM system and be responsible for funneling them through all process stages until a solution has been found
Escalate support cases based on severity levels and associated business risk assessments
Guide through software installation process through TeamViewer
Be an expert on Cortrium’s products, features and software solutions
Update internal knowledge base with new relevant insights to enhance knowledge sharing across all support team members
Provide support to sales representatives and partners by answering product functionality questions via supported tools
Be the voice of the customer by logging and advocating for feature requests
Fluent in written and verbal English, with native-level German communication skills. Additional language skills are an advantage – Danish and French are a plus, but not required

Technical support experience is not necessary - customer service experience is preferred
