We are looking for a Product Designer who thrives on execution and turning ideas into reality. If you're someone who can rapidly transform concepts into intuitive, user-centered designs and deliver them in collaboration with cross-functional teams, we want you on our team. You'll be responsible for everything from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, bringing user-centric features to life in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 In this role, your responsibilities are to:

• User-Centered Design: Deeply understand the business needs and pain points in the current user experience and create thoughtful low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes that address these challenges. In addition to solving specific workflow issues (such as project management, invoicing, and time tracking), you will also be responsible for modernizing the overall UI to ensure a seamless, up-to-date and state-of-the-art user experience.
• Execution-Focused: Collaborate closely with developers to ensure swift and accurate implementation of designs, while maintaining a focus on quality.
• User-Centered Iteration: Conduct quick user testing and research to refine designs without overcomplicating the process, stay agile, adjust fast, and deliver results.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of design solutions.

🏆 Your Top Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of UX design experience: Proven track record in SaaS products, with hands-on design execution for complex systems (e.g., SaaS platforms, online portals).
• Proficient in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with full ownership of the design process, from ideation to development handoff, ensuring design integrity throughout.
• Problem-solver mindset: Focus on practical, user-friendly solutions for translating large data sets into clear, intuitive interfaces.
• Team player: You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
