Salary Competitive

Landfolk is looking for a student helper with passion for building and strengthening communities, who will thrive in a role with both operational and creative tasks.

The beating heart of Landfolk is our brand and community. We are building a premium, curated holiday home experience for hosts, guests, and service partners through our three-sided marketplace.

We are now looking for an engaged student helper to support in building community amongst our hosts.

What will you be doing?
As a student helper in our Community team, you’ll work closely with our hosts and contribute to both day-to-day operations and creative projects. You have a high level of flexibility, as your tasks will vary from day to day.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ongoing practical tasks – Help with logistical support for events and community activities, such as preparing materials and coordinating shipments of smaller packages

  • Developing community building initiatives and concepts – Help create and execute ideas that strengthen the sense of belonging within our host community

  • Copywriting – Draft host emails, invitations, and automated messages with a creative and empathetic tone, in line with Landfolk’s tone of voice.

  • Event and workshop planning – Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of both online and in-person events to ensure a rewarding experience for our hosts

Who are we looking for? You are…

  • Detail-oriented, reliable and enjoy adding structure to your assignments

  • Skilled at building and maintaining relationships

  • Flexible and enjoy variety in day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced work environment

  • A strong communicator with excellent copywriting skills

  • Comfortable with both creative and operational responsibilities

  • A team player who can also work independently

  • Fluency in English is essential, and speaking Danish, Swedish and/or Norwegian is a major plus

What we offer:
A chance to join a small and passionate team, where you’ll take on responsibility from day one and have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our host community. You will have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop your skills in building communities. Flexible working hours of 15-20 hours per week, designed around your studies.

Why should you choose us?

Landfolk was established in 2021 by seven co-founders, including seasoned digital entrepreneurs specialising in marketplaces (e.g., Gaest and Airbnb). Today, we employ a team of approximately 50 people and are headquartered in Aarhus. With solid investors like EIFO, Heartland and SEED Capital, our international expansion is fully underway, with a current focus on Norway, Sweden, and Germany, and with plans to expand into Southern Europe very soon.

Becoming part of Landfolk means playing an important role in a startup with high ambitions, where everyone works hard and has fun at the same time. We believe it’s important to spend our time on things that matter, with a good balance between work and personal life.

As a Community Student Helper at Landfolk, you’ll feel the energy of a thriving and growing company where you are given responsibility and the chance to make a real difference for hosts, who love to share their holiday homes with Landfolk guests.

In short, here’s what you can expect with us:

  • Join a team of skilled individuals with experience from Airbnb, covering technical, business, design, community, and communication expertise, so you’ll always have someone to collaborate with.

  • Be part of a flexible workplace where we prioritise a positive work environment and enjoy great perks at our beautifully designed office - like a delicious lunch program, social events, great coffee, snacks, and trips to holiday homes.

  • We have fun and always support each other. The Community team plays a central role in the company, so expectations are high, but the function is also highly valued

  • You can work from our lovely office in Aarhus

Working at
Landfolk

Finde lidt stilhed.
