We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer for our Stockholm office to make Relesys gold medalists in pre-sales & post-sales activities while our organization is in full MEDDPICC transition 🚀💻
As a Solution Engineer, you will play a vital role in the success of client solutions and our client and revenue growth. You will be collaborating closely with our new sales team in the qualification and value-driven processes with potential clients, and showcasing our products and services to drive new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be supporting the Account Managers in their efforts to uplift existing clients by identifying their needs, providing strategic recommendations, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Your key responsibilities:
As a Solution Engineer, your role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Collaborate with the New Sales team and Account Managers to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing client's needs and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and upselling
- Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to both existing and potential clients
- Develop deep product knowledge and stay up to date with the latest industry trends to effectively articulate the value proposition of our SaaS solution
- Work closely with the professional services, product, and client success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sales support
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to prospects and clients, addressing their pain points and aligning our solutions with their specific business goals
- Support the development of proposals, RFPs, and RFIs by contributing technical expertise and insights
- Assist in the creation of sales collateral, including case studies, solution briefs, and competitive analysis, to support the sales team's efforts
Who are you?:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communication, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management within the SaaS industry
- Experience with both Medium and Enterprise pre-sales and post-sales activity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- It is an advantage if you have in-depth knowledge of the retail industry, including emerging trends, challenges, and a strong understanding of key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels of an organization
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and other relevant software is a plus
- Experienced in applying MEDDPICC methodology continuously to assure client qualification, a successful process in driving revenue and creating value
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and demonstrate exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- You have bilingual or high professional proficiency in Danish or Swedish, and English 🇩🇰🇸🇪🇬🇧
