Role overview
The Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating Mediatoolâs largest client onboarding, from the start of this extensive 4-year program. This role focuses on the first 6 months of product upgrade and subsequent rollout to dozens of markets and thousands of users after two pilots. The Customer Success Manager will ensure that the project is set up for success, working closely with various teams and stakeholders.
