We are looking for a Finance/Payroll Admin to support data-driven decision making and help steer a fast-growing company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations such as bank reconciliations, invoicing, and bookkeeping, as well as handling payroll processes, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and administering employee contracts.

The position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage daily bank reconciliations, invoicing, and monthly bookkeeping.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, credit card expenses, and international payments.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, including vacation pay, overtime, and part-time employment.
  • Administer payroll processes and employment contracts
  • Maintain a positive office environment by managing supplies and coordinating events.
  • Other administrative tasks and document management.
  • In this role, you will report to the Finance Manager and the HR department.

Likely Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or other relevant qualification in payroll, finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with collective agreements and employment law
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Fortnox (or similar financial software)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Swedish
