📢 About the position:

As a Senior Implementation Consultant at TimeLog, you will play a pivotal role in scoping our customers' businesses, challenging C-level executives on their processes, and managing complex projects to ensure successful implementation of our solutions. You will be the key driver in understanding the intricacies of our customers' operations and guiding them through transformative changes that align with their strategic goals.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to understand and document customer business processes.
  • Engage with C-level executives to challenge and refine their business processes for optimal efficiency and alignment with TimeLog solutions.
  • Lead the project management efforts for implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
  • Develop customized implementation strategies that cater to the unique needs of each customer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of TimeLog solutions into customer workflows.
  • Provide expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, from initial scoping to post-go-live optimization.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower customers with the knowledge and skills to leverage TimeLog solutions effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful implementation within budget and time constraints.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with our services.
🏆 Your top skills and qualifications:
    • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business analysis, process scoping, and project management, preferably in a consulting or technology implementation role.
    • Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
    • Fluent in Danish and English
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
    • Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking.
    • Familiarity with TimeLog solutions or similar business management software is a plus.
    • A masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
    • Knowledge of Miro as a project tool
    • Swedish language is a plus

Over the past 20 years, TimeLog has grown. From a basement to offices in Denmark, Sweden, and Malaysia. From the goal to create the world's best time tracking tool to wanting to be Europe's leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) software provider. And we're not nearly finished growing.
