As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be responsible for our commercial strategy and leadership for the entire front machine which includes following main disciplines Marketing, Sales, Customer Growth and Customer Success.

As CRO you will together with our Chief Product & Tech Officer (CPTO) lead our future market-execution while inspiring your colleagues and customers on the journey.

The ideal candidate has deep interest in leadership, sales, software and not least, the success of our customers. You will have 4 Managers to coach in your team, in addition to 50+ great TimeLoggers in our organisation. 


🎯 In this role, your responsibilities are:
  • Commercial strategy: Maintain, develop and execute our commercial strategy.
  • Lead generation: Drive our lead generation both Inbound and Outbound
  • Sales: Make both New Bizz and Add Bizz happen
  • Implementation: Drive our customer implementations
  • Customer Success: Deliver strong customer support together with churn prevention
  • Inspire and Lead: Engage and motivate teams through our Company Raison d’étre and strategies fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Customer Focus: Gather and analyse customer feedback from a commercial perspective to enhance buyer experience.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate progress, market/customer feedback, and strategic plans to stakeholders.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial success and continuous improvement.

  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading commercial teams to success.
  • Marketing & Sales: Proven record in delivering lead generation and sales budgets both in new business and upsell business.
  • Customer Domain: Deep insights in the consultancy industries.
  • SaaS Industry: Strong experience from a SaaS, B2B environment in the scale up phase.
  • Go To Market: Proven experience in bringing existing functionality and new releases to commercial successes.
  • Methodologies: Strong expertise with modern Revenue driven methodologies.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mindset: Customer-centric with a passion for creating exceptional commercial results.

You will be reporting to our Chief Executive Officer and be part of TimeLog Leadership Team. Furthermore, you will lead the management team of the Revenue Organisation and work closely with the CPTO to secure optimal corporation between commercial and tech.

🏠 Location:

You will be working from our offices in Copenhagen, with the possibility to visit and work from our other offices in Aarhus and Aalborg.

Over the past 20 years, TimeLog has grown. From a basement to offices in Denmark, Sweden, and Malaysia. From the goal to create the world's best time tracking tool to wanting to be Europe's leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) software provider. And we're not nearly finished growing.
