About the role

As a Marketing Intern at Improvin’, you will work closely with our Marketing Lead and the wider Commercial team gaining hands-on experience in B2B marketing and sales enablement. As part of the Improvin’ team, you will have the opportunity to learn from professionals across various domains, including sustainability solutions, business development, data science, engineering and machine learning.

How you can have an impact

Content Production & Publishing.

  • Support the team in ideating, creating, and publishing content across various channels (blog posts, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, infographics).

  • Develop and manage a process for collecting knowledge and information from the team.

  • Create and maintain a library of reusable content.


Actionable Insights.

  • Gather insights and share relevant news on agri-food sustainability from our competitors and the wider industry.

  • Support in analyzing the performance of our marketing efforts and share insights with the team.


Event Mapping.

  • Research and prioritize relevant industry events and keep our event database up-to-date.


We believe you are

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sustainability, or related field.

  • Passionate about sustainability and interested in the agri-food industry.

  • Eager to learn and apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges.

  • Based in Stockholm and able to join the team at the office weekly.

We believe you have

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong interest in B2B marketing and some experience with it via e.g. school projects or previous internships.

  • Good writing skills and the ability to capture your audience's attention across channels, both visually and through copy.

  • Professional command of English and preferably another European language.

  • Experience with design programs (such as Canva), web hosting tools (such as Squarespace), or CRM systems (such as HubSpot) is a plus.

About the team.

Practicalities.

The internship would start in September and run for a minimum of 4 months. As the internship should be incorporated into academic studies, it is unpaid. We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants.
