Are you ready to drive impact for global brands with cutting-edge digital solutions? Mediatool is searching for a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join our vibrant EMEA sales team and cultivate long-lasting, sustainable client relationships.

🌍 About the Role:
As an Enterprise Account Executive DACH at Mediatool, you will be a cornerstone of our Sales Department. Your mission will be to generate and convert leads, manage complex sales cycles, and collaborate with our Marketing and BDR teams to stimulate market interest. Reporting directly to our Head of Sales EMEA, you will be an integral member of our high-performing sales team.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead generation to deal closure.
- Strategic Sales Initiation: Consistently meet and exceed targets.
- CRM Excellence: Maintain impeccable data accuracy.
- Multi-Channel Prospecting: Utilize phone, email, and social media.
- Customer Relationship Building: Work closely with Customer Success for optimal client satisfaction.
- Marketing Collaboration: Participate in activities and contribute innovative ideas to enhance team effectiveness.

⭐️ Who You Are:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or MarTech.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to sell to C-suite stakeholders.
- Bilingual: Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Educational Background: University degree or equivalent, with a basic understanding of marketing fundamentals.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI, and other relevant tools.
- Sales Methodologies: Comfortable with solution selling methodologies like Meddic, Gap, or equivalent.
- SaaS experience, preferably having worked with the Winning by design framework, Revenue Architecture.

We seek a proactive, independent, and results-driven individual. You should be analytical, socially adept, and possess strong planning and execution skills. A network within Media and Marketing is an advantage.

This position will be based in the DACH region.
