AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Help customers through direct calls and communication

  • Handle support requests 

  • Primarily responsibility is to ensure that the clients issues are being dealt with.


MAIN TASKS 

Providing direct support to clients (either through email or phone) related to trouble-shooting on hardware, Software and connectivity related matters.

Tasks includes:

  • Provide support (internally and externally)

  • Support for clients hardware,  software or connectivity related issues. 

    • Either through emails or phone calls - mostly carried out in English.   

  • Investigate and collect data from support cases

  • Test and evaluate product functionalities

  • Help optimize and maintain our Support Flow


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience from a similar position

  • Experience with problem solving.

  • Customer service acumen

  • Logical reasoning

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English


PRACTICALITIES

  • Working hours 37 hours/week

The job reports primary to Mathias Jensen


WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH: 

You primarily focus on direct client contact, but as part of the operations team you will be working in an environment highly focused on driving the company. 

You will in specific cases have to work cross company with both our sales or development  team, ensuring the right services are being delivered.
