👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Product & Engineering Team

Our Product & Engineering team, consisting of around 20 talented colleagues, plays a key role in delivering high-quality features. In our feedback-driven culture, every voice matters, supporting your personal and professional growth journey. Currently, we are searching for a seasoned developer to join our team for a remote position within Sweden.

Together with the team, you will contribute to our DevOps-inspired approach, optimizing our product through continuous improvement and simplicity. We focus on JavaScript Fullstack development using React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS, with an emphasis on collaborative practices such as pair-programming, to create impactful solutions.

• Develop & Maintain: Develop high-performance, scalable Node.js applications from concept through to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the rest of our developers and product team, contributing to building a great user-experience.
• Thrive in Simplicity: Enjoy the focused, immersive work of deep-diving in code, driven by the joy of solving complex challenges.
• Refine: Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous learning, always striving to improve the quality and efficiency of our codebase.

• Node.js: Extensive experience with Node.js and related frameworks, demonstrating a deep understanding of backend development principles. 
• JavaScript: Proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript, with solid knowledge of frameworks and tools like Express.js.
• Cloud & DevOps Practices: Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and DevOps practices, including containerization and automated deployment.
• Remote Work: Ideally suited for someone who thrives in a remote work environment, skilled at managing your own time effectively and can collaborate smoothly within a virtual team structure.
