Finance analyst in growing Biotech startup Hervolution Therapeutics

We are looking to hire a confident Student Analyst to work in the interspace between science and business. We are a growing, well-funded (Novo BII, EIC and private investors) biotech startup on a mission to cure cancer and aging. Hervolution Tx is looking for a Student Analyst to support our CEO, CFO, and Director of Finance.

Hervolution Tx is an immunotherapy company dedicated to developing the world’s first adaptive immune therapy capable of targeting immunosuppressive genes of ancient retroviruses that normally are dormant in the human genome. Hervolution Tx's proprietary combination of novel technologies is designed to break tolerance to this unique antigen family, thus providing broad anti-cancer efficacy.

We are an international team of 10 people, and we need a bright and ambitious student analyst to help us across our financial activities, including, procurement management, project management, business development, competitive intelligence, and ad-hoc company-supporting tasks. We have a flat hierarchy and an open culture.

Key responsibilities of this position will include:

Business Support:

• Assist in maintaining diverse management systems; e.g. financial management and contract management.

• Market intelligence tasks (market analysis, competitor analysis)

• Marketing Materials and partner presentations

Ad Hoc support:

• Ownership of finance approval flow

• Monthly and quarterly finance and project reporting

• Contract management

• General support for the science team

• Conference Planning incl. marketing materials, travel arrangements, etc.

• Onboarding support for new colleagues

  
  

We are looking for a candidate with the following profile and qualifications:

• Studying for a scientific or business bachelor’s or master’s degree

• Structured and organized, with the ability to shuffle independently between many different tasks

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Primarily English)

• IT savvy – focus on the MS suite (Outlook, PPT and Excel)

  
  

We offer a challenging and rewarding position in a fast-paced, team-oriented, non-bureaucratic environment with perks such as paid lunch. Our office is at the newly renovated Symbion at Fuglebakken (Frederiksberg) where you will be working directly with our team to support our growth in a rapidly expanding Immuno-oncology field.

Working hours: 12-15 hours per week.
