Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Take a leading role in customer demos in close collaboration with sales 
  • Plan, run and deliver short- as well as long term customer projects 
  • Scope and manage customer onboarding projects in close collaboration with multiple stakeholders 
  • Provide customers with product support and training of users and stakeholders
  • Proactively engage with customers and help make the perfect match between our solution and their needs
  • Be part of streamlining and optimizing workflows internally in Qarma Delivery


The Job

Our customers are operating worldwide, and we are lucky to work with some of the leading fashion and design companies to help them make better products and challenge the way they work today. This means you will be working closely with a lot of exciting brands and retailers from all over the world.

Our organization reflects this, so you will have customer-facing colleagues in Copenhagen, Canada, Vietnam and China. Your daily work will take place in our Aarhus office together with 25 other colleagues across marketing, sustainability and development departments. 

Your job will be to engage with customers through email, online meetings and occasional on-site visits to understand their processes and identify the best way for them to use Qarma. Also, you will be responsible for scoping onboarding projects, align across teams and execute/deliver the projects on time. 

From our side, we will equip you with knowledge about Qarma and how to operate our platform, as well as a highly collaborative work environment. You will feel how the whole organization will back you up to make the customer succeed. All we ask of you is the following 🙂


Professional Requirements

  • You have strong analytical and communication skills combined with a creative mindset
  • You are independent, proactive and love to get things done!
  • You want to grow as a professional, both soft skills like project management, communication and personal development
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • You have 2-5 years of experience with project management 

Personal qualifications
We are looking for a team player who works in a structured and solution-oriented manner. It is important that you, as a person, are eager to continuously acquire new knowledge. In addition, you must have a customer-oriented focus and have the ability to communicate at multiple levels - both towards the customer and internally in the organization.
