What we’re looking for:

As the Head of People and Culture, you will play an integral part in scaling Glint Solar with what we value the most: people. We believe talent can be anywhere and have successfully attracted 11 nationalities to Glint Solar today to build a fantastic international team. You will leverage your extensive experience to oversee all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance.


You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across all functions.

  • Designing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company's growth objectives and promotes a positive and inclusive culture.

  • Crafting onboarding programs that ensure new hires are set up for success and quickly integrate into the company culture.

  • Implementing performance processes that allow us to help our people excel and develop even further.

  • Driving efforts to foster a strong work culture that makes us excited to come to work and give our best towards our joint company mission.

  • Directing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, including developing and implementing policies and programs that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.


About you:

Ideal qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of work experience from a relevant position and company.

  • Experience in a startup/scaleup is an advantage.

  • Skills: empathy, problem solving, clear communication, strategic and operational mindset.

  • Strong people skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate well with managers and other colleagues.

  • Self-motivated, with drive to succeed and demonstrate initiative.

  • Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English, other languages are a big plus.
