Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Co-Founder to join our ambitious team and lead FlexMeter through its next phase of growth. As co-founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, driving business development initiatives, and overseeing the successful implementation of our energy-saving solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader with a passion for sustainability and a proven track record of selling innovative concepts to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the founding team to refine and execute FlexMeter's business strategy, with a focus on product development, market penetration, and revenue generation in selected segments and markets.

• Lead sales and business development efforts, including identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with energy-conscious individuals, businesses, and institutions.

• Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, industry partners, and regulatory authorities.

• Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in energy efficiency to inform product roadmap and goto-market strategies.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, prioritizing the integrity and reliability of our energy-saving solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership role, preferably as a founder, co-founder, or senior executive in a startup environment.

• Proven track record of successfully selling technical driven projects.

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and drive business growth.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong technical skills and experience with datascience and AI is a plus

• Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship, with a commitment to making a positive impact on the planet through innovation and collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
