Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for finance and a knack for problem-solving? We’re looking for a Finance Business Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and building a best-in-class finance function.

 

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for process optimization within the finance function

  • Develop and implement efficient and scalable finance processes, leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions

  • Conduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making and drive strategic initiatives

  • Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making and driving alignment across teams

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while mitigating risks

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate financial processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

  • Act as a subject matter expert on finance processes, providing guidance and support to internal teams as needed

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, leveraging knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the finance function

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and ensure alignment with finance objectives

  • Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and requirements to support knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

 

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of financial processes and practices

  • Hands-on experience with process development and implementation, demonstrating the ability to drive change and deliver results

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying issues, developing solutions, and implementing improvements

  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions, including Tech, Revenue Ops, and Data teams

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work activities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
