The role

We are looking for 2 interns to bolster our Business Development efforts for the French market, stationed in Amsterdam. The main responsibilities of the internship include:

  • Identify prospects & contact leads: Reach out to potential customers, pitch the NORNORM concept, and understand what the customer really needs
  • Support managing our sales funnel: Support the entire sales funnel, from first contact to qualification, follow-up, and deal closing
  • Conduct desktop research: Help us find, approach, and win the most interesting market segments and leads

Your qualifications:
 It is mandatory that our new interns are fluent in French and English and are enrolled as a university student. In addition to that, we value the following qualifications:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at problem-solving
  • Enjoys understanding prospects and customers, devising creative strategies to boost sales
  • Possesses a can-do mentality and excellent communication skills
  • Shows persistence and maintains a positive attitude
  • Capable of working methodically to meet deadlines
  • Experience in service sales or enterprise sales is advantageous
  • Demonstrates strong organisational skills and takes ownership of tasks
