We are on the hunt for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to propel SwedBNB to even greater heights. The selected candidate will be at the core of our strategic growth, optimising marketing strategies and driving sales operations. The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for SwedBNB’s growth, optimising marketing strategies, and driving sales operations. If your career has been built on a combination of sales success, and a deep understanding of impactful marketing, then we want to talk to you.
Growth Strategy: Design, implement, and manage sales and marketing campaigns tailored to capture our target demographic.
Brand Promotion: Elevate the SwedBNB brand through innovative marketing techniques and platforms.
Engagement & Conversion: Use digital platforms to engage potential property owners, drive conversions, and establish partnerships. Lead all sales activities that lead to new high-quality properties in the SwedBNB portfolio.
Market Analysis: Regularly track and analyze market trends, property owner preferences, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Sales Pipeline: Manage Google ads, the SwedBNB website, and social media to maximise the sales pipeline feeds.
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and managing all tasks marketing and sales tasks, including property owner attraction, contract negotiation and signing, and property onboarding.
Meeting with prospective property owners and property investors to finalise partnership agreements.
Supporting the Operations Manager when required with operations.
Fluent in English and Swedish is required.
Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the property sector.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Adept at data analysis, ensuring marketing strategies are driven by data-led insights.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and sales operations, with a strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
