And this is where you come in:
As a Senior Structuring Manager at Agreena, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our carbon credits structuring team. You will be responsible for defining sourcing strategies, structuring financial deals, and managing risk to ensure the success of our carbon credit products. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy tackling complex challenges, this role is for you.
Ideally you will be comfortable making the journey to London or Copenhagen at least 2 days per week to spend time in one of our main offices. There will also be regular travel to other offices, alongside other trips for Sales Events and Road Shows.
How you will make an impact:
- Strategic Sourcing and Deal Structuring:
- Define credit sourcing and financial product strategies aligned with Agreena's mission and purpose.
- Structure deals to drive profitability and mission alignment.
- Fund Structuring and Sales Process Enhancement:
- Develop efficient fund structuring frameworks.
- Drive sales process improvements for increased revenue.
- Risk Management and System Implementation:
- Ensure effective risk measurement and management.
- Implement systems supporting risk management (together with our Product and Engineering teams).
- Risk and Hedge Structuring:
- Develop strategies to mitigate carbon credit risks.
- Utilise hedging techniques for market uncertainties.
- Pricing Strategy Optimization:
- Lead pricing strategy development for maximum profitability.
- Optimise pricing while maintaining competitiveness.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structuring, risk management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully structuring and executing complex financial deals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and mitigate financial risks.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and risk assessment tools.
