The digitally driven design company A.S.Helsingö is growing and we are looking for a new Design & Shopping Advisor to join our team in Helsinki. As our new team member, you will get the opportunity to bring our mission to life by offering unique design products at a reasonable price to domestic and international clients in a company with a super exciting growth journey.

This is a full-time position and we're looking for someone to join our team as soon as possible.

We offer reasonably priced design kitchens, storage units and paints globally through our proprietary digital platform and store. Our products are designed by Nordic architects, made by combining exquisite materials and carefully thought out colours, and built on IKEA cabinet frames.

A.S.Helsingö is growing fast with sales already to +20 countries. The company is expanding its international presence by launching new European capitals on an ongoing basis.

The role and responsibilities

• Go-to-person for our customers in their kitchen and storage solution project finalisation

• Supporting our customers to build A.S.Helsingö product shopping carts with the help of our proprietary AI technology

• Creating installation plans of customer projects to ensure smooth product assembly with modern 3D tools

• Processing orders and conducting sales support and office work

• Helping other sales team members in running daily sales tasks

• Developing our services and processes together with the team

• Excellent oral and written proficiency in Finnish and English, Swedish considered as a plus

• Good teamwork skills and ability to also work independently

• Readiness to work on Saturdays

• Genuine interest in design, interior design and home improvement

• Previous work experience in kitchen and storage solution sales and planning
