We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team and help us take it to the next level! You will own and drive employees processes such as onboarding & off-boarding, support employees on a day-to-day basis and implement practical solutions to ensure a great employee experience.Â
You will be joining a growing and talented People team with focus on Talent Acquisition (4 people) and PeopleOps (2 people). We are growing fast and are expecting you to help with the expansion of our team. You will report directly to our CFO and take lead on all of our processes concerning the employee journey after joining Whistleblower Software.
