Are you a Product Designer with a passion for and background in both graphical design and usability? We're on the hunt for an experienced Product Designer who wants to join us on our quest to help employees of our customers in their individual learning and growth journeys! We believe that you're a skilled Product Designer who's had the chance to work with both UI and UX design and that you've been at a SaaS or product company at some point. We believe that you value collaboration and thrive when you get a chance to work closely in cross functional teams or setups. 

Your role will include:

As a Product Designer at Learnster, you’ll be involved in all apsects of the product lifecycle - From ideation and early concept creation, to building and maintaining design systems, to implementational work for both UI and UX. 

You'll do this in close collaboration with other designers, developers and product managers since we believe that the best solutions come when people with different skills and background work together finding the best solutions.

We also believe that value when you have the ability to act as a link between the product and the brand, being able to not only make sure that our products represent our brand but also provide input and occasional support relating to how we take our brand forward. 

You have gotten a chance to work at a few different places and have built experience that you have or want to share with others. This role offers you a chance to grow into more senior roles as the company grows and also a chance to act as a sounding board and coach to other colleagues within design. 

To thrive in this role you'll have the following skills and experience:

• UI design: You have worked creating visual designs based on brand guidelines and design systems.
• UX design: You have experience building user interfaces that are intuitive to use and that follow the same UX design principles as the rest of the product and in line with insights gathered from quantitative and qualitative research.
• Design process: You have experience working with and improving the design aspects of the development lifecycle, and you are familiar with different design methods and how they can be used in agile setups.
• Figma and Adobe CC: You have solid a solid background using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud to build user interfaces. 
• Responsive design: You have in your previous roles worked designing responsive user interfaces for various platforms such as web, mobile and tablet. 
• Collaborations:  You have a background working in cross-functional teams and value the creative outcome that often comes when people with different skills, personalities and background collaborate.
