Hey there! We’re IPercept, and we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who’s as passionate about customer success as we are. As a member of our team, you will help with the management, support, installation, enhancement, and expansion of our cutting-edge IIoT devices installed on industrial machines across Europe. 

As a Project Manager, you will work together with our Service Operations team to support projects for our customers and clients. If you’ve got an understanding of industrial machines, that’s even better! 

What we would like you to do: 

• Providing support to customers and clients. Tracking customer projects and process. 

• Utilizing our CRM (customer relationship management) and ticketing systems to track and respond to support cases. 

• Participating in on-site customer visits to install, build connection and practical startup primarily in Sweden and across Europe. 

• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing recommendations and solutions. 

• Using our systems to monitor machine health and performance. 

• Ensuring our systems and networks are running efficiently. 

• Providing training to clients and support staff on how to use our solutions. 

• Supporting our sales team with demonstrations to customers. 

  
  

What we’re looking for: 

• A master's degree in industrial management, mechanical / mechatronics engineering or a related field.

• Knowledge or hands-on experience with industrial machines (eg. milling, turning, grinding machines, robots, etc.) 

• Good social and communication skills (interacting with customers). 

• Fluent Swedish and English.
