The Opportunity

As a Business Process Analyst at ATLANT 3D, you will be instrumental in refining our business operations through the strategic implementation of MS Dynamics 365 and the comprehensive suite of Microsoft products. Your expertise in these technologies will enable us to streamline processes, foster seamless collaboration, and make data-driven decisions, aligning with our mission of operational excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and redesign existing business processes, identifying opportunities for streamlining and automation with MS Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft tools. Implement and customize MS Dynamics 365 solutions to support various business functions, including sales, customer service, and supply chain management.

• Leverage the full stack of Microsoft products, including Power BI, Azure, and Microsoft 365, to create a cohesive and efficient business process ecosystem.
• Utilize Monday.com for project management and team collaboration, ensuring alignment with broader process improvement initiatives.
• Employ Miro for interactive process mapping and brainstorming sessions, enhancing cross-functional team participation in process innovation.
• Organize and lead training sessions to ensure staff are proficient in using MS Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft products.
• Work closely with IT partners and other departments to integrate Microsoft technologies into daily operations, ensuring consistency with ATLANT 3D’s strategic objectives.
• Continuously assess and refine business processes to maintain efficiency, scalability, and compliance with ATLANT 3D’s ethos of innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Solid experience in business process analysis, optimization, and automation, with a strong preference for experience in the tech or manufacturing sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft product suite, including Power BI, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies is advantageous.

We also see that you possess an innovative and analytical mindset, with skills in identifying and implementing process improvements within the dynamic setting of a startup. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling interactions effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the tech or manufacturing sectors, with deep tech experience being a significant plus.
• Knowledge of IT and network security, and cloud environments, collaborate with IT and software vendors for seamless solution integration.
