In a few years, we have established ourselves as an important player within the IAQ (indoor air quality) market.

Now, the pull from especially US, German, and Dutch consumers has come to a point calling for a focused effort scaling these markets.

In other words: People want Birdie. We just need to show it to more of them.

We want to be a US/Dutch/German household brand — that's why we need help on stuff like:

• Written content (both for SEO purposes as well as cool, branded editorial articles)

• Short-form content (TikTok/Reels — idea-generation, editing, etc.)

• Influencer & UGC (outreach, strategy, management)

• Paid Ads (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) — creative execution, "technical" setup & analysis

• Email marketing (Klaviyo)

• Affiliate Marketing

• Etc., whatever you believe in!

You don't have to be an expert (we're not either), but we'd like it if you:

• Enjoy to take on a new challenge. Let's say your job was to start our affiliate marketing in the US. Maybe you don't even know what affiliate is. And we're clueless, too (hypothetically, right 😅). But you don't fret — instead, you educate yourself on YouTube, ask some girl/guy from your school, arrange calls with different US platforms, and come back with a plan.

• Enjoy to take action & ownership. And know how to sniff & assess a growth opportunity (taking cost/benefit + opportunity cost into account) — then we'll figure out to execute together.

• Appreciate good branding. Know what's cool. And don't believe in destroying a good brand in the pursuit of short-term sales.

• Know how to write. But not in an academic & fluffy way. Just quick, concise language. Wittiness is good, too.
