About the job

As our Data Scientist Lead, you will help scale our ML/AI capabilities and ensure that our customers are able to leverage their vast data sets on the platform to get deeper insights and smarter recommendations. You will be part of the product organization and a team working dedicated with ML/AI initiatives across the platform. You will work closely with our customer success team to identify the high value opportunities for ML/AI and with our UX/UI team to implement them in the most user-friendly way.

This is a hybrid remote position and applicants must be able to work from our office in either Stockholm or Copenhagen on a regular basis.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement machine learning and AI models to predict media outputs based on historical activity.

  • Analyze large datasets to derive insights and patterns related to media performance and cost optimization.

  • Design experiments and evaluate model performance to continually refine and improve predictive models.

  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize media budgets, allocation, and mix for effective reach and cost efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher education in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.

  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, R).

  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.

  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing (e.g., Apache Spark).

  • Experience working with simulations and Bayesian statistics

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Previous experience in marketing or advertising technology is a plus.
