Position: Social Media Manager Intern

Duration: 6 Months

Commitment: 15-20 hours per week

Location: Remote with required studio sessions a couple of times per month

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Manager Intern at ICONICLI, you will play a central role in shaping our brand's digital presence. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, create, and post content across multiple social media platforms, targeting diverse audiences with tailored content. You will also engage with our community to boost engagement and foster a vibrant and supportive online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content calendar in alignment with ICONICLI's marketing strategies, ensuring timely and relevant content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Craft innovative and engaging content that resonates with different audience segments, reflecting ICONICLI's core values of diversity, innovation, and community.

• Monitor social media trends and insights to optimize content strategies and increase engagement and followers.

• Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and interactive online presence.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns, including but not limited to influencer collaborations, live events, and promotional giveaways.

• Attend studio sessions for content creation and branding initiatives, contributing creative ideas and participating in photoshoots and video production.

• Analyze social media performance metrics to report on the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools.

• Creative flair for content creation, with excellent writing and visual storytelling skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Passion for fashion.
