Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: 

Oversee the tracking, receiving, and management of all incoming and outgoing products. Implement best practices to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.

Team Leadership: 

Lead and inspire a team of warehouse associates, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support for professional development.

Process Optimization: 

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows to enhance productivity. Constantly seek ways to reduce operational costs without compromising quality.

Quality Control: 

Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and condition of all products leaving the warehouse. Work closely with other departments to address and resolve any issues promptly.

Technology Integration: 

Leverage technology and automation tools to enhance warehouse operations. Stay abreast of industry trends and implement cutting-edge solutions to optimize efficiency.

Safety Compliance: 

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations within the warehouse. Foster a safety-conscious culture among the team.

Purchase support:

Backup to purchase when needed - Ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time is a key factor in the company

Qualifications:

• Educational background from logistics/supply chain management

• Experience in warehouse management, preferably within an e-commerce setting.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing warehouseteams.

• In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
