Job Description:

Role Overview:

As a Steam Page Manager Intern at Landell Games, you will be responsible for optimizing our presence on the Steam platform to drive visibility, engagement, and sales for our games. You will work closely with our marketing team to manage and maintain our Steam store pages, ensuring they are up-to-date, informative, and compelling to potential players.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update our game listings on the Steam platform, including creating and optimizing store page content such as game descriptions, tags, screenshots, trailers, and promotional materials.

  • Work closely with the Social media team to synchronize announcment posting and make sure that formating and message is consistent.

  • Monitor and respond to user reviews, feedback, and inquiries on Steam to maintain a positive and engaging presence for our games.

  • Coordinate with our design team to create visually appealing assets for Steam store pages, including banners, backgrounds, and promotional artwork.

  • Work with the analyst team and deliver them the performance metrics and user data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization to improve visibility, conversion rates, and overall performance on Steam.

  • Stay updated on Steam platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to inform our strategies and tactics for Steam page management.


Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the Steam platform and Steamworks and their features, including store page management, user reviews, and community features.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling store page content and engage with users in a professional and informative manner.
