Our innovative product, Appfarm Create, enables the development of advanced software with tailored functionality without a single line of code, and only with the help of a web browser.

We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager who will report to our Head of Customer Success, and work closely with our team of customer-facing solution engineers, along with our partner success team. This role will play a crucial role in creating value for our customers and support them in maximizing their use of our platform to meet their business objectives. Your main tasks and areas of responsibility will be to:

  • Drive commercial processes and develop your own customer portfolio in a systematic manner.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to identify and understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, encouraging mutual collaboration and contribution.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring they experience fast time-to-value.
  • Onboard new customers, promote upsell opportunities and stay ahead of potential challenges.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and customer support, and effectively communicating customer insights to other relevant teams internally.
  • Serve as an escalation point in development projects.
  • Contribute to the establishment/improvement of internal processes related to Customer success

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • Relevant experience in similar roles with a focus on reaching business objectives and sustaining a high level of customer satisfaction in your dedicated customer portfolio.
  • Previous experience within the Saas/Paas-industry, with a strong interest in tech and scale up environment.
  • The ability to quickly grasp end-users’ challenges and corresponding commercial opportunities.
  • An understanding of fundamental processes related to software development and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian (both verbal and written) along with strong english skills
  • Experience in contract negotiations with a mindset of being able to identify win-win solutions.
  • The ability and desire to build strong relationships at all levels, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts and business value to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A deep passion for learning, along with excellent critical thinking skills (understanding how our no-code platform is a value-driver for our customers is key to success).
  • Strong organizational and structural skills, with an ability to handle fast-paced context switching.
