We are a remote team that has many years of combined experience in the game industry and are looking for a 3D Director / 3D Designer . You will work closely with programmers, technical artists, animators, technical animators, etc. to be part of changing how we build characters in the future, within games and digital entertainment.

Qualifications

Fundamental Proficiencies:

• Understanding of Unity: Familiarity with Unity's interface and basic functionalities to integrate assets and scripts.

• Blender Skills: Ability to use Blender for creating and modifying 3D models, understanding of basic modeling, texturing, and animation.

• Artistic Awareness: Basic appreciation and understanding of artistic principles and visual design.

Advanced Expertise:

• Design Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of design principles, including layout, color theory, and user experience, applied to create engaging and visually appealing content.

• Gameplay Mastery: In-depth understanding of gameplay mechanics and user engagement strategies. Ability to analyze and enhance game dynamics and flow.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience with Real-Time Strategy (RTS) Games: Familiarity with RTS genre dynamics, strategies, and mechanics.
