The Role:

As a Project Management and Business Support Intern, you will work closely with our co-founder and COO, providing comprehensive assistance in various areas crucial to our operations. Your responsibilities will include project coordination, budget management and analysis, content creation, email communication, report writing, sales support, and tender activities. This internship offers invaluable insights into the entrepreneurial world and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Support project coordination and management, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and Excel-based tasks to drive effective decision-making.

• Create engaging presentations to support internal and external communication.

• Draft and edit written content for various purposes, such as reports, marketing materials, and emails.

• Selection of suppliers, supplier communication and business development

• Assist in tender activities and collaborate with suppliers.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our business operations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, project management, or a related field.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Proficiency in Office 365 products for data analysis and presentation creation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Danish language skills are a plus.

• Proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in project management, budgeting, or sales is a bonus, but not a requirement.
