Role Description: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual with a knack for sales? ZTLment is seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to be a key player in our mission. As an SDR, you will drive prospection, identify new opportunities, approach new leads, and nurture relationships with potential clients. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our automated payout solution. Experience in payments is a plus, but we value a strong sales background and the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment is a must.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of sales tools and techniques, including CRM proficiency and outbound tools such as Instantly and Apollo.

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar sales role.

• Experience in payments is a definite plus.

• Proficient in English.

• Ability to conduct effective cold calling, showcasing your hunter mentality.

• Self-driven, always seeking new opportunities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work remotely and collaboratively in a Europe-based market.

• CRM tool experience is a plus.
